New Year’s Eve at Jack’s Place Restaurant
Get a head start on your New Year’s resolution to feast on one-of-a-kind flavors by dining at Rosen Plaza’s Jack’s Place Restaurant this New Year’s Eve. This celebration features a prix fixe three-course menu filled with unique takes on steakhouse classics.
First Course: Sketch
Tantalize your taste buds with your choice of a grilled romaine wedge topped with pickled red onion, salty gorgonzola cheese, fresh heirloom tomatoes, and Nueske’s bacon, or a rich and creamy Maine lobster bisque.
Second Course: Finished Art
There are two enticing entrées to choose from during the second course of your splendid supper.
Dine on a 45-day dry-aged NY strip steak with earthy wild mushrooms and Béarnaise sauce or opt for seafood with a pan-roasted halibut served with a chickpea and chorizo ragout.
Each entrée is accompanied by a vanilla parsnip puree, baby candy beets, baby carrots, and purple milpero tomatillos.
Third Course: Masterpiece
Put the finishing touches on your meal with your choice of delectable desserts including an indulgent strawberry Champagne crème brûlée or a decadent molten chocolate cake.
