7 Best St. Patrick’s Day Bars in Orlando

Grab your green garb and get ready to shamrock and roll. St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner.

If you’re spending March 17 in Orlando, you’re in luck. The City Beautiful is well known for making magical memories at theme parks, but it’s also home to a lively and bustling bar scene.

A pint glass of Guinness beer on a wooden pub table.

This March, visit some of the city’s best Irish pubs for a St. Patrick’s Day bar crawl, Orlando style.

Get Lucky at These Orlando Pubs on St. Paddy’s Day 2025

We’ve got the craic (Irish slang for “enjoyable gossip”) on St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in Orlando, Florida.

Here are seven must-visit spots if you want to celebrate Irish culture.

1. O’Shucks Pub and Karaoke Bar

Since 2003, O’Shucks has combined a billiards hall, sports bar, and Irish pub in one convenient-to-Rosen-Plaza International Drive location. O’Shucks also hosts weekly trivia nights and nightly karaoke at 9 p.m. with hundreds of songs available for crooning.

If you visit on 3/17, you can live it up at O’Shucks’ annual St. Paddy’s Day party, which features food trucks, DJ sets, and drink specials.

In a small crowd, a smiling man and woman in St. Patrick’s Day green toast two green beers.

2. The Lucky Leprechaun Irish Pub

The Lucky Leprechaun is the oldest and the only Irish-owned pub on International Drive. It’s also the official support club of Orlando’s rugby team, the Celtics.

The pub serves domestic and international beers alongside traditional European pub food like fish and chips.

In previous years, the Lucky Leprechaun has celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with Irish dancers and folk musicians, plus green beer and perfectly poured Guinness.

3. Claddagh Cottage

If you’re looking to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at a close-knit community bar, head to the aptly named Claddagh Cottage in Orlando’s hip Hourglass District.

The pub’s owners are fixtures in the local Irish music scene, so it’s no surprise that the Claddagh Cottage hosts some of Orlando’s best Celtic acts every weekend.

Every other Wednesday, musicians of all skill levels come together for one of Orlando’s most unique jam sessions. While grooving along to authentic tunes, enjoy a pint of Smithwick’s or Kilkenny beer with a sausage roll, corned beef sandwich, or mushroom pasty.

On St. Paddy’s Day, Claddagh Cottage typically hosts an outdoor celebration with a cash bar and some of their favorite live acts.

A green hat with a shamrock sits on a table next to four pints of green beer.

4. Finnegan’s Bar & Grill

Spending St. Paddy’s Day at Universal Orlando? You can celebrate without leaving the theme park.

Just follow the rainbow to Finnegan’s Bar & Grill in Universal Studios’ New York section.

This watering hole offers a wide selection of Irish whiskeys, beers, and ciders. If you can’t decide between two drafts, split the difference with a beer cocktail, like the Black Velvet (Guinness and Magner’s Cider) or Half and Half (Guinness and Harp).

Food options include Scotch eggs, beef stew, and both traditional and plant-based shepherd’s pies.

In 2020 and 2021, Orlando Weekly readers voted Finnegan’s as the best theme park bar in Orlando.

5. Harp & Celt

Whether you call it “soccer” or “football,” downtown Orlando’s Harp & Celt is the perfect place to watch the world’s most popular sport.

This Irish pub has two sections. The Celt is a busy sports bar that shows all Orlando City SC and Premier League games.

The Harp is a quieter, cozier space, perfect for catching up with friends.

No matter where you sit, you can enjoy their wide range of Irish and domestic beers, plus entrées like mussels cooked in Magners, sausage rolls, and wings tossed in an Irish whiskey sauce.

Every March 17, the Harp & Celt hosts a lively street party with live music and healthy helpings of corned beef and cabbage.

Three smiling men sitting at a bar toast with foamy pints of dark beer.

6. Raglan Road

This Irish restaurant brings the heart of Dublin right to Disney Springs.

Named after one of the most famous streets in Ireland, Raglan Road is a pub decorated with furniture and art straight from the Emerald Isle.

This pub serves authentic Irish beer, food, and desserts.

Raglan Road doesn’t just celebrate St. Paddy’s Day — they do St. Paddy’s Week.

Their annual Mighty St. Patrick’s Day festival features seven days of exclusive menu items, traditional Irish music, and the fancy footwork of professional dancers. The family-friendly St. Paddy’s event has drink specials for adults 21+, while kids can get in the Celtic spirit with games and face painting.

7. Kitty O’Sheas Irish Pub and Buffalo Bar

Right around the corner from Disney Springs is Kitty O’Sheas.

This Irish-themed bar serves a variety of alcohol and offers inside and outside seating with plenty of TVs and room to relax.

The food menu includes burgers, Buffalo wings, cheesesteaks, and Reuben sandwiches.

The pub’s laid-back atmosphere offers a perfect place to wind down after your day of debauchery.

In previous years, Kitty O’Sheas has rung in St. Paddy’s Day with green beer, a DJ, and a live bagpipe performance.

5 of Our Favorite Food Halls in Orlando

By Kate Cohen

Appeasing every palate in your party can be a challenge. A great food hall can be the perfect compromise.

Food halls are a contemporary reimagining of a food court with a focus on local eateries, breweries, and boutiques rather than large chains. There’s usually a variety of food options, plenty of seating, and a focus on community and small businesses.

Orlando is an amazing foodie destination and home to several food halls that are definitely worth a visit.

As food lovers and experts in all things Orlando hospitality, we at Rosen Plaza have put together a list of 5 of our favorite food halls in Orlando for you to check out.

5 of Our Favorite Food Halls in Orlando

East End Market

A sign reads "East End Market" in front of a two-story building surrounded by lawn, gardens, and pathways. East End Market is an incredible food hall in Orlando.

Located in the beautiful and creative neighborhood of Audubon Park is East End Market, a treasure trove of Orlando culinary gems.

In East End Market, you’ll find restaurants like the original Gideon’s Bakehouse location, a bakery known for its behemoth half-pound cookies and extraordinary demand at their Disney Springs storefront.

It’s also home to Domu, a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded ramen restaurant known for house-made noodles, creative small plates, and seasonal cocktails (the Domu wings are a must-try.)

The vegan Winter Park Biscuit Company, fanciful cheese shop La Femme du Fromage, and mochi donut mogul Dochi can all be found at East End Market as well.

Another unique draw of East End Market is their incubator kitchen that showcases a rotation of the greatest culinary innovators and chefs in Orlando. Many of the city’s Michelin-starred restaurants have humble beginnings that can be traced back to East End Market.

The Great Southern Box Company Food Hall

The Great Southern Box Company Food Hall is Orlando’s newest culinary collective in the heart of the historic Packing District. This newly revitalized community is named for an era when philanthropist and citrus businessman Dr. Phillips used the area to package his oranges before shipment.

Today, the original Dr. Phillips citrus warehouse has become a culinary hub that celebrates immigrant cuisine.

Fui Yo Mexicana began as a mid-pandemic pop-up phenomenon and has found a permanent home serving some of the best birria tacos in Orlando. For a flavor profile from further south, BRAZA serves up mouthwatering Brazilian barbeque/American fusion cuisine like juicy steaks and flavorful sandwiches.

Additionally, you can find Jamaican food at Kayos Jamaican Grill, Nepalese and Indian at Dancing Yeti, Lebanese at Kebab 2 Go, Cuban at A Lo Cubano Kitchen, and plenty more. You can sample flavors from around the world without ever having to repark your car.

Plant St. Market

Winter Garden is a charming neighborhood just west of Orlando with a picturesque downtown district and a lovely main street known as Plant Street. At one end of town is Plant St. Market, a bustling food hall and artisan market connected to the popular Crooked Can Brewing Company.

Each of the 20 vendors in Plant St. Market feature natural, organic food and handmade goods.

Before you settle down at a table on the pet-friendly outdoor patio, grab a freshly made sushi roll or sashimi from Norigami, made-to-order specialty mac and cheese from Mac’d Out, or flavorful Ecuadorian baked empanadas from Empanadas & Co.

There’s also barbecue from This Little Piggy, fresh guacamole and ceviche from Ceviche Mix, and delicious tacos from Hunger Street Tacos.

Finish off your meal with a refreshing hand-crafted beer from the award-winning Crooked Can Brewing Company and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of downtown Winter Garden.

Boxi Park

A blonde woman sips a beer with a gray and black dog in her lap. Behind her is a stage with a sign that reads "Boxi Park" and in front of her is a tray of food with burgers, fries, and beer. Boxi Park is a great Food Hall in Orlando.

Boxi Park is a one-of-a-kind open-air container park in Lake Nona. It’s home to a large, covered stage that hosts live entertainment, trivia nights, and other exciting special events.

Surrounding the stage is a variety of seating and eight food and bar counters made from repurposed shipping containers.

Treat yourself to delicious wings and chicken sandwiches from Fowl Play, or a succulent lobster roll and lobster fries from Claw and Order.

Canonita serves tasty tacos and nachos that pair perfectly with refreshing margaritas from La Cajita. If you’re craving a burger, The Grill Next Door has the perfect menu for your appetite.

Bar Nona and Hops and Vine have plenty of signature cocktails, craft beers, and classic wines for diners over the age of 21.

Wrap up your visit with a chilly sweet treat from the popular ice cream counter Before it Melts.

Marketplace at Avalon Park

A covered patio at night with booths and tables of people, string lighting overhead, and waiters walking through the aisle. The Marketplace in Avalon Park is a great food hall in Orlando.

Avalon Park is another quaint Orlando neighborhood known for its restaurants, festivals, and community events.

Marketplace at Avalon Park is a relatively new addition to the downtown Avalon area that has become a popular destination for dining, drinking, and enjoying live entertainment on the weekends.

Inside, you’ll find eateries like Resto Urban Kitchen, an Argentinian restaurant with a menu of empanadas, milanesas, salads, and desserts. If you’re craving Asian flavors, try a unique fusion of Vietnamese and Thai food from Yumfinity.

Cheese to Share offers tapas-inspired cheese dishes designed to split with your favorite people. Pepe’s Cantina Express is the perfect spot for sangria, margaritas, and quick Mexican food like burritos, tacos, and salads.

Bowigen’s Beer Company’s Taproom in the Marketplace carries an assortment of their award-winning brews with something for every palate on tap.

Dine indoors for air-conditioned comfort or grab a table or a comfy couch outside to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.

Enjoy an Array of Flavors When You Stay at Rosen Plaza

After you’ve explored your fair share of Orlando’s best food halls, return to your contemporary, comfortable hotel room at Rosen Plaza.

We have our own variety of delicious flavors ready to be explored at our onsite restaurants like Jack’s Place and ‘39 Poolside Bar and Grill.

A family looks up at the sky in Universal Studios at night, surrounded by lit Christmas decorations.

Each Orlando theme park observes and celebrates the holidays in their own unique way.

Determining which does Christmas “best” depends on what it is you’re looking to get out of your holiday theme park experience.

Here are our thoughts on choosing the right theme park for your holiday celebrations this year.

For Families with Young Children

Families with smaller children may find SeaWorld Orlando’s Christmas Celebration ideal with beloved Sesame Street characters, Santa meet-and-greet opportunities, and a variety of live shows from which to choose.

The Disney theme park holiday celebrations are also great for younger children. Frozen-inspired attractions are always popular, and the holiday decorations in Magic Kingdom create a festive winter wonderland that brings imagination to life.

For Adults

You don’t have to be a kid to be swept up in the magic of the holidays.

Universal Orlando’s holiday celebrations are great for kids and grown-ups alike.

Take the opportunity to experience a viral meet-and-greet with the Grinch for a holiday interaction dripping with sarcasm and sneers. Then, treat yourself to a hot butterbeer spiked with firewhisky for a treat that will warm you from the inside out.

Universal’s Parks are also home to some of the best thrill rides in Orlando, perfect for adrenaline junkies and coaster enthusiasts.

EPCOT’s holiday celebrations are also ideal for adults. Experience a variety of unique global flavors throughout the International Festival of the Holidays paired with refreshing beverages for guests 21+.

For Foodies

Every Orlando theme park offers an array of tasty holiday treats that feature seasonal spices and flavors.

EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays features holiday foods from around the world, making it a unique and tasty choice for your celebrations.

SeaWorld Orlando’s menu lineup is packed full of festive flavors and seasonal seasonings. You can enjoy everything from Santa’s Cronut Chicken Sandwich to a fried turkey feast. Make any holiday drink a little jollier with a splash of your favorite spirit.

If you’re headed to SeaWorld Orlando for their holiday menus, keep in mind their Christmas Kitchens don’t open until 4 p.m.

For the Ultimate Holiday Celebration

If you’re looking for an all-out Christmas extravaganza, there’s nothing quite as magical as Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom.

The after-hours event is worth every penny if you’re looking to experience holiday magic in a way only Walt Disney World can deliver.

Your entire evening will be full of Christmas wonder with rides, shows, parades, and meet-and-greets that exude holiday cheer.
