Hop to a Delicious Easter Brunch

Hop to a Delicious Easter Brunch

Flowers are blooming, eggs are hatching, and an array of pastels have become the seasonal aesthetic.

Spring is finally here!

Let us help you celebrate this Easter season with an incredible Orlando Easter brunch buffet at Rosen Plaza where all you have to do is sit back and enjoy dining with friends and family.

Enjoy an Easter brunch with your loved ones during this special holiday on Sunday, April 20 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., perfect for following church and with enough time for an egg hunt afterwards.

Here’s a look at what you can enjoy at the Rosen Plaza Easter Brunch in 2025.

Simply Good Starters

Begin your brunch buffet journey with mouth-watering starters.

Warm up from the inside out with Chicken Pozole Verde Soup, a traditional Mexican dish that is sure to wake up your taste buds with a kick. If spice isn’t your thing, try the Parsnip and Celery Root Bisque for a creamy, flavorful alternative.

An array of fresh salads, antipasto, and cheeses will help you rev up your appetite. Try the Heirloom Tomato and Bocconcini Mozzarella salad or the Braised Herbed Chicken with Grilled Corn and Quinoa salad for a refreshing and health-conscious way to begin your meal.

Fresh Seafood Station

Enjoy a plate full of delicious fresh seafood like a spiced shrimp boil that packs a punch in every bite.

There will also be smoked salmon, New Zealand mussels and oysters served with assorted salsas, and our signature Rosen Plaza Seafood Salad.

Paella Castellana is a returning favorite. This saffron-seasoned traditional Spanish dish is the perfect blend of rice, seafood, and other delicious meats and vegetables for a filling and flavor-packed option.

Traditional Brunch Fare

Brunch wouldn’t be brunch without a few signature dishes.

Luckily, we have brunch lovers covered with the Omelet and Waffle Station.

Enjoy made-to-order omelets stuffed with your favorite veggies, meats, and cheeses along with fluffy waffles served with maple syrup.

Prep your plate with other breakfast classics like crisp bacon and chicken sausage, breakfast potatoes, and an assortment of soft and flaky breakfast pastries.

Dig into Divine Entrées

Once you’ve primed yourself with delicious soups, salad, seafood, and starters, it’s now time to find the golden egg — your entrée.

There are plenty of options to appeal to every palate.

Help yourself to a classic slow roasted Rotisserie Chicken served with a bright lemon caper vinaigrette.

Seafood lovers can enjoy Soy Glazed Mahi with an herbaceous Cilantro Pesto.

Anyone looking to feast on flavor should try the Grilled Pork Loin with Whole Grain Mustard Sauce, or the Pan Seared Beef Birria served with sauteed Onions and Peppers over Polenta.

Of course, you don’t need meat to host a hearty feast. This year’s vegetarian options include Roasted Caulilini with Butternut Squash, Cipollini Onions, and Peruvian Sweety Drop Peppers, as well as a Pearl Couscous with Chickpeas and Piquillo Peppers.

That being said, meat lovers can make their way to the Carving Station for succulent Herb Roasted Leg of Lamb and Bourbon Maple Glazed Ham for a decadent main course option.

End with a Sweet Treat

Be sure to save room so you can finish your meal with a sweet ending.

This year’s Dessert Extravaganza is a selection of pastries and sweet treats that will make your mouth water simply by looking at them. Try one or try them all. We won’t judge.

You’ll have your pick of pies, cakes, cheesecakes, and pastries.

If your sweet tooth prefers frozen treats, mix it up at the ice cream station and customize your dessert with your choice of toppings.

Kid-Friendly Favorites

If you’re dining with a young person with a pickier palate, they’re sure to find something they love at the Kid’s Buffet.

We’ll be serving all the kid classics, from peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to chicken tenders to mac and cheese.

Mixed fruit and mandarin Dole cups, watermelon wedges, and potato tots round out a delicious selection that will keep everyone in the family satisfied.
