Universal Orlando Shuttle Information
The complimentary Universal Orlando shuttle operates daily, on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Guests are required to visit the Concierge Desk in the Main Lobby to sign-up for the complimentary shuttle service.
After signing up, an associate will direct you to the pick-up location for the Universal Orlando shuttle, which is the same location as Lynx & I-Ride stop.
Please prepared for a longer return time. The Universal Orlando shuttle stops at multiple hotels on the route back.
SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica Shuttles
Bus change occurs at Universal Orlando Resort via a connector shuttle to transfer to SeaWorld Orlando. Take the 8:15 a.m. shuttle to Universal Orlando Resort to board the connector shuttle to SeaWorld Orlando, which leaves Universal at 10:05 a.m.
Only one shuttle is scheduled from Universal Orlando Resort to SeaWorld and Aquatica.
Shuttle service from SeaWorld and Aquatica back to the hotel requires guests to first take a shuttle to Universal Orlando Resorts, board another shuttle which will return to the hotel.
Shuttles from the hotel must be booked 24 hours in advance. Please feel free to contact our Guest Service Desk for additional information.
